Welcome

If you are a Project Leader and you already have an account, please login entering your credentials in the top-right corner of this page. If you don't have an account yet, follow the instructions hereunder. Note: only project leaders can submit a project proposal.

HOW TO REQUEST AN ACCOUNT

To obtain your account on this system (mandatory to submit a proposal as leader of a consortium) please send an email to "jpi.support@beniculturali.it". The email has to contain the following mandatory information:

  • name of the Project;
  • acronym of the Project; (it should be of no more of 10 characters; use standard UPPER_CASE alphabet and numbers only, no symbols or special characters)
  • topic number (1, 2 or 3). If the proposal involves more than one topic, please list all of them, separated by commas (e.g. "1,2");
  • name of the Leader in original language;
  • country of the Leader;
  • email of the account holder (login credentials will be sent to this email address).

Please be aware that only the leading participant in the Project Proposal can use the online submission tool and upload documents.

NOTE: for logistic reasons, account requests will be accepted only until November 20th, 2017 18:00 CET (ten days before the actual submission deadline). Please request an account earlier.

HOW TO SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE PROPOSAL

If you already have an account and you want to submit another proposal, as the Leader of a different consortia, please send one email for each additional proposal you want to send, to the above-mentioned email address. Such emails must contain the following mandatory information:

  • your username on this system (assigned to you when you requested your account);
  • name of the Project;
  • acronym of the Project (it should be of no more of 10 characters; use standard UPPER_CASE alphabet and numbers only, no symbols or special characters).

HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL

  1. Login by entering your username and password in the upper-right section of the web page. If you have lost your username and/or password click on "Forgot your password?"
  2. Click on the "Proposal submission" icon.
  3. Click on "Filesets" link, in the application menu, on the left.
  4. Click on the "Create" button.
  5. Select the Project you are submitting for.
  6. Press the Upload button for the PDF file, select the file to be uploaded press OK. The name of this file should be "_PROPOSAL.PDF".
  7. Press the Upload button for the XLS file, select the file to be uploaded press OK. The name of this file should be "_BUDGET.XLS".
  8. Wait until the upload is completed.
  9. Save the fileset bu clicking on the Save button.
  10. Logout.
